Conferences & summits

Conferencestage sets

A conference is a series of branded rooms. We build the stage that anchors it, plus the registration desk, the sponsor walls and the signage that get people to the right room on time.

In short

Solid Exhibits designs and builds conference and summit environments: main stage sets and scenic walls, registration and welcome desks, sponsor walls, breakout branding and wayfinding. Sets are pre-assembled in the workshop so they can be installed in a venue's overnight window.

The main stage

Set walls sized to the room and the screen, scenic that frames the speaker instead of competing with them, and finishes that behave under stage lighting and on camera. We coordinate with your AV supplier so the set, the screen and the lighting rig fit each other.

Everything around the stage

Registration and welcome desks, sponsor and partner walls, breakout room branding, wayfinding, lounges and coffee areas, and a photo backdrop that people actually use.

Built for a tight schedule

Conference venues give you a short overnight to build and a short morning to strike. Pre-assembled components, clear crate labelling and a crew who built it in the workshop first are how that window is met.

How it works

Brief to boothin four moves

One project lead from first call to final crate. No hand-offs between a design agency, a fabricator and an I&D crew.

  1. Week 001

    Brief

A 30-minute call about goals, footprint, budget and show rules. We read the exhibitor manual so you don’t have to.

  2. Days 5–702

    Concept & 3D

Photoreal renders of your booth on the actual floor plan, with a line-item estimate. Revise until it’s right.

  3. Weeks 3–1003

    Engineer & Build

Shop drawings, fabrication, graphics and AV. Critical parts are pre-assembled in our workshop before anything ships.

  4. Show week04

    Install & Support

Our crew installs, a project lead stays on-site through opening, and we dismantle, repack and store after close.

Questions

Good toknow

Yes. We design the set around the screen size, rig points and lighting positions your AV supplier needs, and we coordinate the build schedule with them.
