Modular systems

Modular tradeshow booths

One booth kit, many shows. Modular exhibits reconfigure to different sizes and layouts, ship lighter and install faster — without the look of an off-the-shelf system.

Designed around your show calendar

We design modular booths around your actual season: a 10×20 inline for regional shows and a 20×20 or 20×40 island for your flagship event, reusing the same structure, counters and graphics wherever possible.

Custom look, modular engineering

Frames are finished with tension-fabric graphics, backlit walls, custom counters, shelving and integrated lighting, so visitors see your brand instead of an aluminum system.

Lower cost per show

Lighter components mean smaller crates and lower freight. Modular connections shorten installation, and storage between shows keeps the kit ready for your next event.

How it works

Brief to boothin four moves

One project lead from first call to final crate. No hand-offs between a design agency, a fabricator and an I&D crew.

  1. Week 001

    Brief

A 30-minute call about goals, footprint, budget and show rules. We read the exhibitor manual so you don’t have to.

  2. Days 5–702

    Concept & 3D

Photoreal renders of your booth on the actual floor plan, with a line-item estimate. Revise until it’s right.

  3. Weeks 3–1003

    Engineer & Build

Shop drawings, fabrication, graphics and AV. Critical parts are pre-assembled in our workshop before anything ships.

  4. Show week04

    Install & Support

Our crew installs, a project lead stays on-site through opening, and we dismantle, repack and store after close.

Questions

Good toknow

Upfront, a modular booth usually costs less than a comparable fully custom build, and it keeps saving on freight, installation and storage across multiple shows.
