IAAPA Expo · Orlando

IAAPA Expobooth builder

IAAPA Expo brings the attractions industry to Orlando every November. Booths there compete with rides, slides and immersive experiences — so the booth itself has to be an attraction.

IAAPA booths we’ve built

We designed and built Polin Waterparks’ 3,600 sq ft booths at IAAPA Expo 2024 and IAAPA Expo 2025 — an island in 2024 and a peninsula in 2025 — at the Orange County Convention Center.

Designed to be experienced

Attractions buyers want to feel the product. We design large-format graphics, video walls, product displays and lounge areas that tell the story and give sales teams room to host operators and developers.

Orlando, close to home

The Orange County Convention Center is about two hours from our Florida headquarters. We plan freight, labor and installation around IAAPA’s move-in schedule and support you on site through the show.

How it works

Brief to boothin four moves

One project lead from first call to final crate. No hand-offs between a design agency, a fabricator and an I&D crew.

  1. Week 001

    Brief

A 30-minute call about goals, footprint, budget and show rules. We read the exhibitor manual so you don’t have to.

  2. Days 5–702

    Concept & 3D

Photoreal renders of your booth on the actual floor plan, with a line-item estimate. Revise until it’s right.

  3. Weeks 3–1003

    Engineer & Build

Shop drawings, fabrication, graphics and AV. Critical parts are pre-assembled in our workshop before anything ships.

  4. Show week04

    Install & Support

Our crew installs, a project lead stays on-site through opening, and we dismantle, repack and store after close.

Questions

Good toknow

IAAPA Expo is in November. For large booths we recommend starting in late spring or early summer to leave time for design, engineering and fabrication.
