PRINTING United booths we’ve built
We designed, fabricated and installed the SAi booth at PRINTING United Expo, built around the Flexi and OneKlik software products with a hanging sign, a curved brand wall, demo stations and a printed-apparel display.
Designed for live demos
Printing shows are demo shows. Visitors want to watch a file go from design to print to cut, and they want to touch the output. We plan power and data for equipment, screens at working height, sample walls and a counter where conversations can happen while a machine runs.
Printed output is also the decoration: we use your own substrates, garments and signage inside the booth wherever possible.
Planned around the show floor
PRINTING United rotates between the Las Vegas Convention Center and other large halls, with heavy equipment moving in early. We handle freight, rigging for hanging signs, labor orders and installation so your stand is ready before the machines are powered up.

Share goals, booth space and budget. We review the exhibitor manual and show rules with you.

Concepts & estimate
Photoreal 3D concepts on your actual floor plan, with a line-item estimate.

Design freeze & submissions
Final design, structural drawings and organizer or venue submissions where required.
- Jun 2026~3 months before
Fabrication starts
Structure, finishes, counters and AV are built and pre-assembled in our workshop.

Graphics & service orders
Final graphics go to print; labor, electrical and rigging orders are placed.

Freight ships
The booth ships to the advance warehouse or direct to show, per the exhibitor manual deadlines.

How it works
Brief to boothin four moves
One project lead from first call to final crate. No hand-offs between a design agency, a fabricator and an I&D crew.

Brief
A 30-minute call about goals, footprint, budget and show rules. We read the exhibitor manual so you don’t have to.
- Days 5–702
Concept & 3D
Photoreal renders of your booth on the actual floor plan, with a line-item estimate. Revise until it’s right.
- Weeks 3–1003
Engineer & Build
Shop drawings, fabrication, graphics and AV. Critical parts are pre-assembled in our workshop before anything ships.
- Show week04
Install & Support
Our crew installs, a project lead stays on-site through opening, and we dismantle, repack and store after close.
