Experiential & activations

Brand activationsbuilt to be shared

Activations live or die by one thing: whether people stop, step in and post it. We build the physical part of that — themed sets, photo moments and structures that survive a weekend outdoors.

In short

A brand activation build is the physical environment behind an experiential campaign — a themed set, photo moment or sampling structure designed to be stepped into and shared. Solid Exhibits builds them for indoor and outdoor sites, including the Gold Rush neon desert activation for Gila River Resorts & Casinos.

Designed for the camera

Every decision is made against one test: how it reads in a phone photo at night, in a crowd. That means lighting first, scale that fills a frame, a clear brand mark in shot, and a layout that forms a natural queue instead of a crowd.

For Gila River Resorts & Casinos we built the Gold Rush activation: a lit desert set with sculpted rock, cactus, sand and neon signage that worked from sunset through full dark.

Built for real sites

Festival fields, parking lots, resort grounds and city squares bring wind, power limits, uneven ground and short build windows. We engineer for ballast and weather, pre-assemble in the workshop and bring a crew that can build and strike inside the window you have.

From one weekend to a tour

If the activation travels, we design it to pack into reusable crates and go back up with the same crew sheet at the next stop, then store it between dates.

How it works

Brief to boothin four moves

One project lead from first call to final crate. No hand-offs between a design agency, a fabricator and an I&D crew.

  1. Week 001

    Brief

A 30-minute call about goals, footprint, budget and show rules. We read the exhibitor manual so you don’t have to.

  2. Days 5–702

    Concept & 3D

Photoreal renders of your booth on the actual floor plan, with a line-item estimate. Revise until it’s right.

  3. Weeks 3–1003

    Engineer & Build

Shop drawings, fabrication, graphics and AV. Critical parts are pre-assembled in our workshop before anything ships.

  4. Show week04

    Install & Support

Our crew installs, a project lead stays on-site through opening, and we dismantle, repack and store after close.

It is the physical environment behind an experiential campaign: a themed set, a photo moment, a sampling structure or a branded space built so visitors interact with it and share it. We design, fabricate and install that structure.
