Custom booth design & build

Custom trade showbooth design

A booth designed from a blank page around your brand, your products and the conversations you need to have on the floor — then engineered, fabricated and installed by the same team.

Designed for the show floor, not just the render

Every concept starts with your goals, footprint and show rules: sightlines from the main aisle, where demos happen, where meetings happen and how many staff need to work the space. We turn that into photoreal 3D renders placed on your actual floor plan, with a line-item estimate, typically within 5–7 business days of the brief.

Because our designers work next to our fabricators, what you approve is what gets built. Materials, lighting and finishes are specified at the concept stage instead of being swapped out later to hit a budget.

Built to install cleanly

Shop drawings, structural details and graphic templates are prepared in-house. Critical components are pre-assembled in our workshop before anything ships, so the first time your booth stands up is not on the show floor.

On site, our crew installs, a project lead stays through opening, and we dismantle, repack and store the booth for your next show.

From 10×10 inlines to 60×60 islands

We design inline booths, peninsulas, islands and double-deck structures. Recent custom work includes a 20×40 ft island for Compal USA at CES, a 3,600 sq ft booth for Polin Waterparks at IAAPA Expo and a 400 sq ft island for Angstadt Arms at SHOT Show.

How it works

Brief to boothin four moves

One project lead from first call to final crate. No hand-offs between a design agency, a fabricator and an I&D crew.

  1. Week 001

    Brief

A 30-minute call about goals, footprint, budget and show rules. We read the exhibitor manual so you don’t have to.

  2. Days 5–702

    Concept & 3D

Photoreal renders of your booth on the actual floor plan, with a line-item estimate. Revise until it’s right.

  3. Weeks 3–1003

    Engineer & Build

Shop drawings, fabrication, graphics and AV. Critical parts are pre-assembled in our workshop before anything ships.

  4. Show week04

    Install & Support

Our crew installs, a project lead stays on-site through opening, and we dismantle, repack and store after close.
