SupplySide Global — formerly SupplySide West — brings the ingredient, supplement and functional food industry to Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas every October. We design, build and install booths there for ingredient suppliers and brands.

SupplySide Global, formerly SupplySide West, is the ingredient and supplement industry's largest US trade show, held every October at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas. Solid Exhibits designed, built and installed the Seppic, Ennature Biopharma and ProBiotix Health booths there at SupplySide Global 2026.
SupplySide booths we built in 2026
At SupplySide Global 2026 we designed, fabricated and installed three booths: Seppic’s “Garden of Time” stand with a wooden canopy, living-green walls, product shelving and a tasting bar; Ennature Biopharma’s teal women’s-health booth with an illuminated logo wall and meeting tables; and ProBiotix Health’s gut-heart booth with touchscreen kiosks and a backlit graphic wall.
Designed for ingredient buyers
Buyers at SupplySide come to taste, touch and compare. The booths that work have a sampling or tasting bar, clear product shelving, space for a formulator conversation and a science story told in a few seconds from the aisle.
We plan lighting, shelving depth, sample storage and seating around that, so your team can host meetings without blocking the aisle traffic that brings the next one in.
Planned around Mandalay Bay
Mandalay Bay Convention Center has its own freight, rigging and labor rules, and SupplySide’s move-in window is tight because the expo hall opens after the education programme starts. We handle service orders, freight and installation so your team walks into a finished booth.

How it works
Brief to boothin four moves
One project lead from first call to final crate. No hand-offs between a design agency, a fabricator and an I&D crew.

Brief
A 30-minute call about goals, footprint, budget and show rules. We read the exhibitor manual so you don’t have to.
- Days 5–702
Concept & 3D
Photoreal renders of your booth on the actual floor plan, with a line-item estimate. Revise until it’s right.
- Weeks 3–1003
Engineer & Build
Shop drawings, fabrication, graphics and AV. Critical parts are pre-assembled in our workshop before anything ships.
- Show week04
Install & Support
Our crew installs, a project lead stays on-site through opening, and we dismantle, repack and store after close.

SupplySide Global is held every October at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas. The 2026 edition ran October 26–30, with the expo hall open October 28–30. The organizer has not confirmed 2027 dates yet.
