Installation & dismantle
Exhibit installation& dismantle
Installation and dismantle handled by a team that builds exhibits for a living, with one project lead coordinating freight, labor and show services from move-in to move-out.
Planned before the truck arrives
Good I&D starts weeks before move-in: reading the exhibitor manual, ordering labor, electrical and rigging, meeting advance-warehouse and marshaling deadlines, and scheduling crews around the show’s target move-in times.
We handle those orders and deadlines with you, which avoids the most common on-site surprises — missed freight windows, rush labor and last-minute service orders.
On-site supervision
Our crew installs the structure, graphics, lighting and AV, then checks every detail before the show opens. A project lead stays on site through opening day to handle last-minute changes.
Dismantle, repack and store
When the show closes, we dismantle, pack and label every component, coordinate outbound freight and store your booth until the next show.

How it works
Brief to boothin four moves
One project lead from first call to final crate. No hand-offs between a design agency, a fabricator and an I&D crew.
- Week 001
Brief
A 30-minute call about goals, footprint, budget and show rules. We read the exhibitor manual so you don’t have to.
- Days 5–702
Concept & 3D
Photoreal renders of your booth on the actual floor plan, with a line-item estimate. Revise until it’s right.
- Weeks 3–1003
Engineer & Build
Shop drawings, fabrication, graphics and AV. Critical parts are pre-assembled in our workshop before anything ships.
