Trade showbooth rentals
Rental exhibits give you a custom look without owning, storing or shipping a booth year-round. You pay for the show you’re doing — we handle structure, graphics, freight and installation.
When renting makes sense
Renting is a good fit for first-time exhibitors, one-off shows, testing a new market or a booth size you only need once a year. Instead of buying a structure, you invest in graphics and the experience inside the booth.
If you plan to exhibit at several shows a year, we’ll compare renting with owning a modular or custom booth for your actual schedule, so the decision is based on numbers.
Rental that looks custom
Our rental booths are built on reusable modular structures and finished with your custom fabric graphics, lightboxes, counters, flooring and furniture. Layouts are rendered in 3D before you commit, so you see exactly what you’re renting.
Fully managed, nothing to store
Rental packages include design, graphic production, delivery to the show, installation and dismantle. After the show the structure comes back to us — no storage fees and no crates to track.

Brief
A 30-minute call about goals, footprint, budget and show rules. We read the exhibitor manual so you don’t have to.
- Days 5–702
Concept & 3D
Photoreal renders of your booth on the actual floor plan, with a line-item estimate. Revise until it’s right.
- Weeks 3–1003
Engineer & Build
Shop drawings, fabrication, graphics and AV. Critical parts are pre-assembled in our workshop before anything ships.
- Show week04
Install & Support
Our crew installs, a project lead stays on-site through opening, and we dismantle, repack and store after close.

Good toknow
Rental pricing depends on size, structure and graphics. Most inline rentals fall within our $5K–$15K band and islands within $15K–$50K, including graphics and installation. Send a brief for a line-item quote.
