Product launchenvironments
A launch has one job: make the product the only thing anyone looks at. We build the room around it — the reveal, the plinths, the press wall and the demo stations.
In short
Solid Exhibits builds product launch environments: reveal structures, plinths and lockable display cases, press backdrops and hands-on demo stations, in show halls, hotel ballrooms, offices and showrooms. Sets are designed so they can be reused at later shows and stored in between.
The reveal
Whether the product is covered, behind a wall, or lit from black, the reveal needs rehearsal and hardware that works first time. We build the structure, the lighting positions and the sightlines so the moment reads from every seat and every camera.
The product, properly displayed
Plinths at the right height, lockable cases for anything valuable, cable management hidden, finishes that do not fight the product, and lighting specified for the material — matte, gloss, metal or screen.
The press and the hands-on
Branded backdrops that photograph cleanly, interview corners with controlled sound, and demo stations with power, data and room for two people to stand and try the thing.

How it works
Brief to boothin four moves
One project lead from first call to final crate. No hand-offs between a design agency, a fabricator and an I&D crew.
- Week 001
Brief
A 30-minute call about goals, footprint, budget and show rules. We read the exhibitor manual so you don’t have to.
- Days 5–702
Concept & 3D
Photoreal renders of your booth on the actual floor plan, with a line-item estimate. Revise until it’s right.
- Weeks 3–1003
Engineer & Build
Shop drawings, fabrication, graphics and AV. Critical parts are pre-assembled in our workshop before anything ships.
- Show week04
Install & Support
Our crew installs, a project lead stays on-site through opening, and we dismantle, repack and store after close.
