Solid Exhibits designs, fabricates and installs corporate events as well as trade show booths: conference stage sets, branded environments, product launches and outdoor brand activations. The same in-house team handles concept, engineering, fabrication, delivery, installation and storage.
One team, any venue
A booth, a stage set and a brand activation are the same problem: a structure that has to look finished, go up fast and come down clean. We design, engineer, fabricate, ship and install all three, so there is no hand-off between an agency, a fabricator and a labor crew.
That covers convention centers, hotel ballrooms, offices, showrooms, festival sites and open ground.
What we build for events
Stage sets and backdrops, registration and welcome desks, branded walls and photo moments, product plinths and display cases, lounges and hospitality areas, signage and wayfinding, and freestanding structures for outdoor sites.
Built once, used again
Event structures are usually treated as disposable. We design yours to be stored, reconfigured and reused across the year — a launch wall becomes a showroom backdrop, a stage surround becomes a booth element — which is where most of the saving comes from.

Brief
A 30-minute call about goals, footprint, budget and show rules. We read the exhibitor manual so you don’t have to.
- Days 5–702
Concept & 3D
Photoreal renders of your booth on the actual floor plan, with a line-item estimate. Revise until it’s right.
- Weeks 3–1003
Engineer & Build
Shop drawings, fabrication, graphics and AV. Critical parts are pre-assembled in our workshop before anything ships.
- Show week04
Install & Support
Our crew installs, a project lead stays on-site through opening, and we dismantle, repack and store after close.
